Each unique order counts once, even if it contains multiple items. Rules for duplicate IDs across accounts, cancellations, refunds and repeated synchronization must be agreed before service starts.

Billing is based on order allowances, without an assumed monthly or annual term. Validity, resets, remaining allowances and renewal are specified in the written quotation and contract.
No. The equivalent divides the package price by its full order allowance and only describes software cost per allowance unit. Lower actual usage increases the cost per used order. Implementation, customization, third-party costs and taxes may be additional.
Packages include the contracted modules. APIs, marketplaces and role conditions follow authorization and customer eligibility. Purchase does not grant unapproved restricted-data access or third-party allowances outside the package.
There is no automatic debit. Overage prices, upgrade differences and service arrangements at the limit must be agreed before activation; charges will not be made without the customer’s knowledge.
